Agustin “Gus” Trigo

Agustin “Gus” Trigo is a co-founder of Consilium Property Advisory Group and a licensed real estate professional with more than 30 years of experience across residential sales, property investment, buyers advocacy, property management and negotiation.
His consultative approach begins with each client’s goals. Gus helps clients understand the strategy, numbers and risks behind a property decision, coordinating with finance, legal and accounting professionals to support informed purchases and long-term relationships.
Hamesh Balasuriya
Co-Founder | Chief Operating Officer
Hamesh Balasuriya is a Melbourne-based property investment and development professional with more than 15 years of experience across Australia and Singapore. He is involved in development projects across Australia, working with developers and investors from site acquisition through to delivery.
His work covers high yield property investment, property investment advisory, residential development and client advisory across Victoria and interstate markets. Earlier in his career he also worked in B2B construction solutions, logistics and technology ventures.
